We actually recommend leaving the topmost set of leaves on each stem cuttings you root, then rooting the rest of the leaves individually. They need humidity while rooting and while small. A large enough clear Tupperware type tote works well. Cuttings usually root within about 2 weeks in these conditions. They can take longer if conditions are less than optimal but be patient!
