Upcycled - Pink and Black Floral Scrunchie

These scrunchies are VERY limited edition because they are made from upcycled clothing. What was once a skirt, has now been given a new life by being turned into a hair accessory!  This fabric is SOOO beautiful. There are parts that are raised up to give the flowers a textured feel to them.
